After watching Andrzej recently make some extremely impressive lifts, I thought it’d be cool to talk about how he structures his programme design and his approach to periodisation, assistance work and recovery.

When you get to an elite level, it you’re bound to reach a point of marginal gains. You have to consider all variables and the impact one lift can make on another, especially in powerlifting.

This is an awesome episode for anyone fascinated by strength training. This being said, Andrzej’s words of wisdom are extremely applicable for anyone who trains any discipline in the gym. His refreshing and insightful take on training and competing was great to hear.
