The APX Level 1 Certification course is designed to be completed in 12 weeks. You'll need to set aside 1 hour per week to complete it in that time, getting through an average of 3 videos per week

This is no issue at all. You can learn at your own pace, however you will not be able to sit your final practical exam and become certified until you have completed all the content.

You will be provided with a case study before booking your exam. You will be required to write a programme for the case study and then deliver it on a model at one of the APX gym locations. You will be provided with a marking criteria to explain what you need to do.

You will then be asked to film your training programme on a model and send across the exercises. You will also have a Zoom call for you to explain your exercise selection and logic behind the programme.

You will be added to the exclusive APX coach directory and will be able to attend in person APX coach workshops and events. You will be required to attend at least one workshop a year in order to remain on the directory.
